Generation Gap

Large void, long, cold distance, isolation, hormones, time of change, women’s liberation. Late 60’s, early 70’s. Germaine Greer.

Awakening of awareness of otherness outside the confined environment. 

Away from the abuse, persecution.

Being used, and told of my lack of opportunities and my perceived badness.

No friends, no school. The pain of isolation, sparation, the hurt, the ambivalence being torn in two parts, not fitting in not playing the game. Being punishd for it, for being me.
